Every day of delay means money lost through disuse. With these circumstances the highest level of Project Management is imperative.
For major maintenance the works should be planned by a simple principle: do whatever is possible as soon as possible!
Don’t forget! Planning a turnaround begins the next day concluding the previous turnaround.
