Project Management Services:

We offer Project Management Support Services through the means of outsourced experts covering the all Project Management Knowledge Areas (Project Services Lead, Project Planning, Risk Analysis, Cost Control and Cost Estimation, Contract and Document Management and Controlling).

We provide a vast array of project management training courses and as well of project management software tools which can be used as way to meet the continuous improvement process envisaged in the company for the staff

Based on our large experience we offer high value-added services by implementing companies Project Management Office, as an organization transformation process having a change management component, trainings, setting up methodologies and procedures and a successful roll out implementation.

Main objectives of project management services:

• Provide the right expert for the role taking into account the talent, skills and knowledge required to perform that particular role;
• Develop working methodologies and deliverables for the implementation of project and program management processes on all the knowledge area;
• Develop working methodologies for the use of project and program management software applications;
• Implement project and program management software applications;

ROLE Main Objectives:
Project Services Lead Provide project management services to project teams in terms of leading a project services team covering roles such as planning engineer, cost controller, risk engineer, document controller
Planning Engineer Provide project planning assistance to project team (s) updating the owner schedule during the project (s) life cycle
Cost Controller Provide project controlling assistance to project team (s) in terms of monitoring and controlling the project costs (budget, approved for expenditure, commitments, verification of invoices, actual , forecasting) during the project (s) life cycle
Cost Estimator Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required by the scope of work.
Risk Engineer Provide project risk management assistance to project team (s) in terms of risk management planning, risk identification, risk analysis (qualitative and quantitative), development of risk response strategies and risk monitoring & controlling process during the project (s) life cycle
Contract Manager Provide project contract engineering assistance to project team (s) in terms of developing the project supply plan, handling the relationship with the contractors, ensuring compliance with all the contractual clauses, and monitoring the key performance indicators set in contracts and the resolution of any changes to minimize the probability of having legal disputes (claims) during the project (s) life cycle
Document Controller Provide project document controlling assistance to project team (s) in terms of monitoring & controlling all the internal and external documents, ensuring proper identification, numbering, versioning, tagging, distribution, traceability and archiving of the project documents during the project (s) life cycle
