Project Management for EPCC Projects: tools&techniques

EPCC contract type (Engineering, Procurement, Construction&Commissioning) it’s a special type of contract, where the Contractor is responsible for all activities for design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning and also delivery to the end user / customer.
Each of these phases requires a specific approach in terms of project management and integration management plays an important role. Primavera P6 EPPM is the ideal solution to integrate all the premises of this kind of projects/contracts
