Welcome to the Terms and Conditions Section for www.infinitybiz.eu website and online training services offered by Infinity Business Center!

We kindly ask you to fully and carefully read the below Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Training Services www.infinitybiz.eu.

By enrolling in any online course developed by Infinity Business Center you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions covered, becoming part of this Agreement. This gives you access to online training programs started by Infinity Business Center via Cisco WebEx specialized platform after payment of the specific service and submittal of proof of payment.

If you do NOT agree to the Terms and Conditions specified below, you refuse to become part of this Agreement. In this case, you choose NOT to use the online training services offered by Infinity Business Center.

TERMS OF USE OFTHE SERVICES AND CONTENT

The Terms of Use of Services are called an Agreement and it represents a legal agreement between you and Infinity Business Center with respect to the use of www.infinitybiz.eu website, called Site, of the online training services offered, called Services and of all necessary training materials generically called Content.

SERVICES AND REGISTRATION

Access to the training programs requires registration on the site based on user credentials and on payment of the services you wish to use. Subsequently, proof of payment will be sent to Infinity Business Center which will automatically generate a link towards your connection to Cisco WebEx specialized platform where you will view live online trainings. Once registration has been completed, you will receive by email, proforma invoice and final invoice.

Registration requires the provision of complete, real data required for the drafting of the proforma invoice and the final invoice, for the training account issuing and for the filling in of the Graduation Certificate. Providing incomplete or false data leads to the impossibility of Infinity Business Center company to award the Certificate of Graduation and the subsequent Invoice.

Throughout the use of the WebEx account, you are solely responsible for the activities carried on your account. It is strictly prohibited to disclose account data – username and password – to a third party. Misuse of our platform by a third party through your account leads to the immediate closure of the account and the loss of the right to finalise the paid training, exonerating Infinity Business Center of any compensation.

COPYRIGHT

The services, information and materials provided to you as part of the Services, documents, video, audio, any files, called generic Content, are the property of Infinity Business Center and are protected by copyright.

Use of the Service and the Content is only subject to the applicable laws and terms / conditions specified in this Agreement. Unless you obtain written consent of Infinity Business Center. It is strictly forbidden:

  • publish, reproduce, rephrase, multiply, distribute content to a third party or parties of Content;
  • send another person the link for Service and the Content through your account
  • to disable security measures that protect Services / Content;
  • to use the Services in a manner that threatens their integrity, performance or availability;
  • to delete, remove or hide signs of ownership of any section of the Services and Content;

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
The online training services can be accessed after the fee is paid. Services may be paid with a valid card, based on the proforma invoice issued automatically by the system. Confirmation of the payment leads to opening the account for training and provides access to the service.
Once your payment is done and the access is granted, the sale shall be considered terminated, payment can no longer be returned. In case of cancellation trainings:

  • The training which has been purchased, can be cancelled no later than 14 calendar days before the first day of class. After cancellation, the amount paid will be fully refunded to you without asking for explanations or to choose another training. To cancel a training is necessary to send to Infinity Business Center, the official address office@infinitybiz.ro, an unequivocal statement that express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
  • If you cancel a training within 14-7 days before the first day of the course, we charge a cancellation fee of 50 EURO / full training and 5 EURO / module, from the total amount paid for the service you want to access . Therefore, we refund the amount paid without 50 EURO / full training and 5 EURO / module.
  • If you cancel a training with less than 7 days before the first day of the course, you acknowledge the fact that the amount paid will not be refunded. In this case the rights of access to course materials are not restricted, but you will not obtain a graduation certificate, which states you have followed the allocated hours for the training.

If Infinity Business Center is forced to cancel a training, we guarantee the refund of money for the cancelled training.

PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by you for drawing up the invoice, the final invoice, account opening and completion of training graduation certificate, are confidential and are used under Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW
Infinity Business Center respects the intellectual property. If there is a suspicion that your works are included in the Service in a way that infringes copyright, please report it to us using the Contact section of the Site, indicating:

  • physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • semi-description of the work protected by copyright has been violated, specifying the period / date when the material was used as part of the Service
  • your address / e-mail address and phone number where you can be contacted
  • a statement affirming that the use of work included as part of the Service is not authorized by the copyright holder, of his authorized agent, or the law;
  • Record notarized statement affirming that the statement in paragraph d. is accurate and that you are the owner or person authorized by the owner of the paper work to act on his behalf.

DENEGARI DE RESPONSABILITATE PRIVIND GARANȚIA

Sunteți singurul responsabil pentru orice întârziere de la ora stabilită pentru începerea trainingului, de pierderea trainingului datorată accesării de pe un dispozitiv neperformant, vezi specificațiile tehnice în tabelul de mai jos; inclusiv pierderi de Conținut prin coruperea fișierelor, probleme hardware sau pentru orice tip de incompatibilitate.

DISCLAIMER WARRANTY
You are solely responsible for any delay of time time from the start of training, missing a  training due to underperforming of your device, see the technical specifications in the table below; including loss of content by file corruption, hardware problems or any type of incompatibility.

UPDATE AGREEMENT
When necessary, www.infinitybiz.eu  updates the conditions of this Agreement and posts the updated version. It is your responsibility to re-read theAgreement and inform yourself about the changes that occurred. The continuation of using the Services implies your agreement to the released updates. The new version replaces the old one and contains the entire agreement between you and www.infinitybiz.eu regarding the services and the content.

GENERAL NOTIIFICATION
By using the Service, you are consenting electronic communication with www.infinitybiz.ro o regarding the account, the Services and the Content. Any misunderstanding regarding this Agreement shall be amicably settled. If amicable settlement is not possible, it should use the means provided by law.
