Professional judgement may need to be exercised in order to come to a decision on whether a safety action is a result of a risk that can be considered as a major HSE risk and will be transferred to Risk Register for further mitigation.
Setting-up the correct links in Risk-Track through relevant actions from Action Tracking Register to Risk Register in order to support the claims for each control developed during various project phases will require engineering input and assessment.
Action Tracking Register can also be used for the following up process for mitigation actions identified in project risk management. In this way the system can be a veritable instrument for project and risk managers in the monitoring and controlling phase.
